Our Story

Hadar Family Hall is a cornerstone of the Chabad Center for Jewish Life, created to serve as a dynamic hub for learning, gathering, and celebration. Dedicated in honor of the Hadar family, the hall reflects a shared vision of building Jewish life not only for today, but for generations to come.

Amir Hadar, a direct descendant of the Alter Rebbe, founder of the Chabad movement, the dedication embodies the continuity of Jewish leadership and responsibility passed from generation to generation. The hall stands as a powerful reminder that the values that shaped the past continue to guide and strengthen our community today.

Designed as a versatile and welcoming space, Hadar Family Hall hosts a wide range of programs and milestones, including Torah classes and lectures, senior and youth programming, holiday celebrations, community meals, lifecycle events, and gatherings that bring people together across ages and backgrounds. It is a place where education, connection, and Jewish pride come alive.

More than a physical space, Hadar Family Hall represents investment in community, where friendships are formed, traditions are passed on, and meaningful Jewish experiences are shared. It is a space built for presence, purpose, and possibility.

Meet the Hadar Family

The Hadar Family has been a driving force behind the creation of Hadar Family Hall, bringing vision, generosity, and a love for Jewish life to the community.

Amir and Naama Hadar are committed to fostering spaces for learning, celebration, and connection. Their children- Leron, Neeve, Dean, and Maya—carry forward the family’s legacy of faith, community, and service.

Together, the Hadars embody a dedication to building strong, vibrant Jewish life for generations to come.
